(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the claim of the petitioner is for the grant of the benefit of ACP after rendering four years of service with the respondents, which benefit according to him, was not extended to him despite he being eligible for the same.
In the reply filed by the respondents, respondents have stated that the claim of the petitioner was already considered for the grant of ACP and after approving the grant of the said benefit, proposal was sent to the Government on 01.11.2018 and the Government has also approved the same on 17.01.2019 and ordered the pay fixation. The pay of the petitioner has already been refixed on 25.01.2019 and the order refixing the salary of the petitioner has been attached as Annexure R-3. CWP-21200-2018 -2Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions from Mr. Rajinder Kumar, Senior Assistant, O/o Director Dairy Development, Punjab, states that even the arrears for which the petitioner was entitled for have already been released to him on 22.03.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
