(ORAL) In the present case, after arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that while deciding the legal notice sent by the petitioner, the respondents had stated that the matter was pending consideration before the Division Bench in case LPA No.391 of 2014 titled 'State of Haryana and others Vs. Labh Singh Kadian and others', and the action will be taken after the decision.

Counsel for the petitioner further states that LPA No.391 of 2014 has already been decided and in view of same, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the State Government for the redressal of her grievances.
