*** AMAN CHAUDHARY, J. (ORAL) [1] The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus for quashing the impugned order dated 05.07.2018 (Annexure P-2), chargesheet dated 27.06.2018 (Annexure P-6) etc. [2] Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file a representation to claim interest on the amount of delayed payment on retiral benefits, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.
[3] Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.
[4] In view of the aforesaid and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner submit a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondents expeditiously and if found entitled, necessary benefit be granted to him forthwith.
