The instant application has been filed for impleading the legal representatives of petitioner No.1-Lekh Raj Kumar. 2.

In view of the averments made in the application, which is supported by a duly-sworn affidavit of applicant No.3-Jaspinder Singh, the same is allowed.

The applicants-Gurdeep Kaur, Rupinder Kaur and Jaspinder Singh are ordered to be impleaded as the legal representatives of petitioner No.1.

Amended Memo of Parties is taken on record. Registry to tag the same at the appropriate place.

COCP-2552-2020 (O&M)  Main case 1.

By way of filing the present petition, the petitioners have alleged willful non-compliance of the order dated 27.11.2019 (Annexure P-1), passed by the Educational Tribunal, Punjab, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali. 2.

There was a request by learned counsel for the petitioners to appear through video conferencing, however, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners through video conferencing.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioners are having a remedy under Section 6(14) of The Punjab Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Amendment Act, 2021 for execution of the order passed by the Educational Tribunal, Punjab.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has the appropriate remedy of execution of the order passed by the Tribunal, no interference is called for in the present matter.

5.

Consequently, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, as per law. 6.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
