The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of the order dated 11.04.2022 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Patiala in Sessions Case No.SC-118 of 2020 arising out of FIR No.37 dated 05.03.2020, under Sections 452, 354-A, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 12 and 16 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Sadar Patiala, District Patiala whereby bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 27.03.2020 was cancelled.

Learned State counsel states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the petitioner in the present case since stands acquitted vide judgment dated 27.02.2023 passed by the Trial Court. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
