On 02.02.2024, this Court proposed to appoint Justice Girish Agnihotri, former Judge of this Court, as an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties and his declaration was sought which has been received. Learned counsel for the parties have no objection for his appointment as an Arbitrator.

In view of the aforesaid position, Justice Girish Agnihotri, former Judge of this Court, is appointed as Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties 4.

Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
