The petitioner has got admission in BAMS Course in some other College and as such she does not want to press her claim for admission in respondent No.3-College. Her counsel submits and rightly so that the petitioner is entitled to refund of the fee deposited by her in accordance with the Rules/provisions in the prospectus.
[2] The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to determine the amount to which the petitioner is entitled to be refunded.
