The petitioner's appeal against the eviction order is pending consideration before the Collector, Palwal. Their stay application was turned down on 23.10.2015 (P5) against which the instant writ petition has been filed.

Since the appeal is now stated to be fixed for 16.01.2016, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Palwal to decide the appeal on the date fixed and communicate the order within three days.
