(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.65 dated 24.05.2025 registered under Sections 332(c), 324(2), 324(6), 115, 118(1), 351(2), 125, 191(3), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Sirhali, District Tarn Taran. 2.
After arguing the matter at some length and on being confronted with the specific allegations against the petitioner about having entered into the complainant's house and causing injury which attracted Section 118(1) of BNS, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition so as to enable the petitioner to surrender before the learned Illaqa Magistrate concerned. It has been further prayed that, upon the petitioner surrendering before the learned Illaqa Magistrate concerned and moving an application for grant of regular bail, the learned Illaqa Magistrate be directed to decide the said application expeditiously. 3.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

Needless to mention that in the event of the petitioner surrendering before the Illaqa Magistrate and moving an application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law 5.
