(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset states that since the Scheme has been replaced by a new Scheme, hence, this petition has been rendered infructuous and accordingly the same be dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an application for grant of permit under the new Scheme.

Prayer made is allowed. The writ petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with a liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh under the new Scheme in case it is eligible for the same.
