**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioner herein had applied for a post of Manager (Quality Control) for Markfed Cattlefeed and Allies Industries, Kapurthala. Apart from educational qualification he had five years experience in Pharmaceutical industry, however, in the final eligibility list prepared, the petitioner has not been found eligible for appointment. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the experience gained in similar to the job profile as sought by the respondents in their advertisement. The petitioner has already approached the concerned department for consideration for appointment by keeping in mind the experience that he has gained. However, to date the said representations have not been decided.

Learned counsel for the petitioner herein is seeking a limited prayer that his representations be decided as expeditiously as possible.
