Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the Director, Department of Technical Education, Industrial Training, Punjab, submits that since necessary compliance has already been made and the pension case is finalized and sent to the District Treasury Officer, this petition may be disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
