(ORAL) After the matter was heard at some length and when confronted that the issue raised in respect of construction of the building of the Judicial Court Complex as well as the Lawyers Chambers at Mohali being totally unsafe and adjudication whereof would require evidence, the petitioner, who is appearing in person, sought leave of the Court to permit withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail such remedy as may be available to him in law. The prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
