The petitioner is an Education institution imparting education in the field of nursing. Various courses are being run by it. The petitioner has already approached the authorities with a prayer to enhance the sanctioned seats for B.Sc and M.Sc nursing courses. Such applications are reported to be pending before respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore confines prayer made in the writ petition to a direction to respondent No.2 to accord consideration of the petitioner's pending application (Annexure P-6) in the matter. 3.

In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation before respondent No.2, annexing its requisition for enhancement in the number of seats for the concerned courses along with other requisite materials, which shall be accorded consideration strictly in accordance with law by respondent No.2 by passing appropriate orders within a period of two months.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
