Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that civil suit is pending between the parties before the Civil Courts at Ambala, however, the impugned order (Annexure P12) was passed by respondent No.1Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala on 07.11.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order also before the Civil Court where the civil suit is pending.
