RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of impugned notice/letter No.705, dated 13.08.2018, Annexure P-4, passed by Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Siwan, District Kaithal, whereby directing the petitioner to deposit honorarium as regards any one of the posts of the petitioner, i.e. Sarpanch or of Asha Worker in a totally illegal and arbitrary manner as well as against the order/permissions dated 28.11.1994, Annexure P-2, passed/granted by the Director Women & Child Development, Haryana, Chandigarh. It is also prayed to prohibit the respondents from implementing the impugned notice/letter No.705, dated 13.08.2018, Anenxure P-4, and from waiving of/getting deposited either of the honorarium being received by the petitioner as a Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, village Papsar or as an Asha Worker in the same village, i.e. MEENU 2024.04.24 14:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Same is the position today also. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing this case.
