Petitioner-Arshida has moved this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of necessary directions to official respondents to conduct fair investigation in criminal case having FIR No.364 dated 19.9.2020 under Sections 323, 452, 148, 149 IPC, Police Station Punhana, District Nuh.

The counsel for the petitioner submitted that the police has not taken any action against the private respondents in the aforesaid criminal case despite the fact representation (Annexure P-3) dated 3.10.2020 was also given in this regard to respondent No.2. He further submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 to take action on the aforesaid representation.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 3.10.2020 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law within a period of next 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
