By way of present petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, prayer has been made for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for alleged willful non-compliance of the order dated 14.11.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-3921-2021. 2.

Learned State counsel informs that in an intra Court appeal, the order dated 14.11.2023 passed by the writ Court has been stayed. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not not press this petition at this stage, however, he seeks liberty to revive the same subject to outcome of the LPA.
