Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to reimburse the medical claim of `2,45,350/- spent on the treatment of her husband.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that respondent No.2 be directed to treat the writ petition filed by the petitioner as his representation for redressal of her grievance and be directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law. Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction that respondent No.2 shall consider the present writ petition as a comprehensive representation of the petitioner and shall decide the claim as set out in the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within two months from the receipt of the certified copy of this order. In case petitioner is found entitled to the claim put forth by her, the same be released to the petitioner within one month thereafter.
