G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) As per the affidavit filed, the amount of `1,50,446/- has been transferred in the account of the petitioner's mother. Counsel for the petitioner, however, clarifies that petitioner's mother has expired, however, being the legal heir, he will take legal steps to withdraw the same as per his entitlement.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous as payment of medical reimbursement stands duly received.
