(Oral) Counsel for the respondent-University has submitted that the petitioner had appeared in the examinations held on 15.12.2015 and 23.12.2015 and has secured more marks in the later exam. It is submitted that the prayer made in this petition has, thus, become infructuous because the petitioner would be benefitted with the result of the later exam of 23.12.2015.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent-University, the present petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
