Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order, dated 17.11.2022, Annexure P-14, which has been passed in compliance of directions issued by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No.22934 of 2022, to decide the legal notice, dated 31.03.2022, within eight weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the order is non-speaking, and no reasons at all have been assigned to decline the petitioner's claim for arrears of salary for thirty-eight months. 3.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the fact and contends that the impugned order has been inadvertently passed by the third respondent/appointing authority of the petitioner, who was working as Part Time Sweeper in the Department prior to regularisation. The order shall be withdrawn within a week, and a fresh decision will be taken by the Director General, Secondary Education/second respondent, after affording due AVIN KUMAR 2024.07.25 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

So far as other prayers in the petition are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the same, seeking permission to withdraw the petition to that extent with liberty to file afresh, if so advised. 5.
