Through this petition, the petitioners pray for the grant of following reliefs:- "It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the petition be allowed and directions may kindly be issued to the respondent No.3 i.e. Director Bureau of Investigation for providing the copy of all the documents/records pertaining to the investigation/probe which is ongoing/conducted over the complaint No. 4624/2023 (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioners before respondent no.2 whereas the petitioners suffered from gross injustice by not being able to lead an effective defence and avail appropriate remedy in the interest of justice.
It is further prayed for Issuance of directions to the respondent no.3 to comply with order dated 17.04.2025 (Annexure P-13) passed by the respondent no.2, whereby specifically the time bound directions have been issued to provide all the documents/records to the petitioners in a time bound manner.
Further prayed for directing the respondent no.2 & 3 to act over the representation dated 13.05.2025 (Annexure P-16) moved by the petitioner no.1 e-mail dated and 06.05.2025 (Annexure P-15) submitted by the petitioner No.2 in order to comply with the order dated 17.04.2025 and directing the respondent no.3 to provide all the documents with respect to the probe/investigation conducted in the complaint no.4624/2023 moved by the petitioner no.2.
It is further prayed directing the respondents no.2 & 3 to preserve the entire records/documents/evidence pertaining to the case of the petitioners.
It is further prayed for issuance of direction to comply with the orders of this Hon'ble Court in a time bound manner, in the interest of justice.
It is further prayed for any other order or direction that this court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice, fair play and equity.
It is further prayed that petitioner may be exempted from filing the certified copies of Annexures as the same are not
readily available. However, typed/photocopies of Annexures are being filed, in the interest of justice."

Admittedly, on completion of the investigation, the State Bureau of Investigation has presented the challan/final report in the competent Court of jurisdiction.

After having heard the learned counsel representing the parties at length, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners, if so advised, may file an application for the relief prayed for before the Court where the trial is pending.

With the observations made above, the present petition is disposed of.
