Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. The present application seeking preponing the date of hearing is allowed and the main case is taken up today itself. C.W.P No. 21302-2018 In the present petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of impugned order dated 16.08.2018 (P-3) vide which he has been ordered to be reposted at Government ITI,Bhiwani by cancelling the order dated 28.03.2018. This Court, vide order dated 24.08.2018 had stayed the impugned transfer order on the ground that the petitioner was due to retire on 30.11.2018 and thus now learned counsel for the applicant states that now the petitioner Gaurav Arora 2019.01.11 16:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 21302-2018 stood retired on 30.11.2018 and therefore, the present petition be dismissed as having become rendered infructuous and respondents be directed to adjust respondent No. 5 at ITI Ambala.

In view of the above factual position, the present petition is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous. However, the State shall consider the case of respondent No. 5 to adjust him at Government ITI Ambala City.
