COCP-1788-2022 Counsel for the State submits that the arrears of revised pay and leave encashment are already paid to the petitioner and with regard to payment on account of PCRG, the petitioner is required to appear in person along with life certificate. The petitioner is, however, residing abroad and has not appeared.

In view of the above, no willful disobedience is made out. Disposed of.
