RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged discriminatory action on the part of respondent authorities, petitioners have approached this court by way of instant writ petition, under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari/Mandamus. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, fairly states that he does not intend to press this writ petition for a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for the time being. Feeling aggrieved, petitioners served the respondent authorities by way of representation dated 23.12.2014 (Annexure P-5), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioners will be satisfied, in case respondent no.3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners, within a reasonable time.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the GREESH SAHNI 2015.02.20 16:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.2756 of 2015 rights of either of the parties, The Superintendent of Police, Mewat, (Headquarter at Nuh), Distt.Mewat-respondent no.3 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioners, raised vide their representation dated 23.12.2014 (Annexure P-5), which prima facie seems to be genuine and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law and also keeping in view the order dated 19.5.2011 passed by this court in CWP No.1133 of 2010 (Ram Harsh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others), but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
