(Oral) (1) In view of the time-bound directions already issued in a writ petition earlier filed by the petitioner i.e. CWP No.18205 of 2014 decided on 11.08.2015 (P5), the remedy of the petitioner for the alleged non-compliance of those directions lies somewhere else. However, if any illegal allotment has been made even after that order, the petitioner may challenge such allotment impleading the allottee.
(2) With liberty to seek implementation of the directions (P5) and to file a fresh writ petition challenging the subsequent allotments, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
