In view of the time-bound directions already issued in a writ petition earlier filed by the petitioner i.e. CWP No.18205 of 2014 decided on 11.08.2015 (P5), the remedy of the petitioner for the alleged non-compliance of those directions lies somewhere else. However, if any illegal allotment has been made even after that order, the petitioner may challenge such allotment impleading the allottee.
