(ORAL) The petitioner by way of the present writ petition seeks a writ of certiorari for quashing the notification dated 15.06.2018 (Annexure P-1) issued by respondent No. 1/2, whereby the fee structure for admissions to MBBS/BDS courses in the private medical colleges situated in the State of Haryana has been fixed.

Upon notice, a short reply dated 05.03.2019 has been filed by Mr. Yogesh Mehta, Additional Secretary to Government of Haryana, Medical Education and Research Department, wherein in paragraph 4 it is specifically stated that admissions for the academic session 2018-2019 are over and admissions to MBBS course in any private medical college affiliated to government university did not take place in the academic session 2018-2019 as no private medical college affiliated to government university got permission for admission in the academic session 2018-2019 from the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Hence, no cause of action survives to pass any orders in this writ petition which is disposed of. However, other legal issues are kept open to be decided in an appropriate case.
