The petitioners have approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for setting aside the letter dated 29.11.2016 (Annexure P-3) and further a direction be issued to the respondent-Bank, to rework on the calculations in terms of the order dated 05.05.2016 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chandigarh. 2.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for the relief claimed in the present writ petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
