(Oral) After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to move appropriate application seeking his exemption before the trial Court and asking to decide such application in a sympathetic manner. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty. If any application for exemption from appearance has been moved by the petitioner during the pendency of the trial, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously while taking into consideration the well settled proposition of law.
