**** KIRTI SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, Act 2023 is for quashing of FIR No.92 dated 02.07.2024 under Section 306 of IPC registered at Police Station City Mullanpur, District Mohali along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that challan was presented on 22.08.2024 and charges were framed on 24.10.2024 and out of a total of 17 prosecution witnesses, none has examined till date and the next date before learned trial Court is 24.07.2025.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
