(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for modification of the order dated 22.05.2017 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Haryana Right to Service Commission vide which handicapped pension to the petitioner was allowed but despite of that order respondent has not paid complete pension to the petitioner and to grant interest on the delayed payment.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has referred to the bank statements today in Court to contend that the amount already stands released in favour of the petitioner and that there are no arrears or outstanding amount due or payable to the petitioner. CWP No.23051 of 2017 (O&M) -2reference to the averments so contained in the reply filed by way of affidavit of respondent No.5-District Social Welfare Officer-cum-Designated Officer, Ambala, District Ambala, Haryana to supplement the same. The aforesaid statement made at bar today and also corroborated by the written statement filed on behalf of the respondent is not controverted by the counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further directions are required to be called for. The present petitioner is disposed of. The department shall continue to comply with its obligations in terms of the applicable policy and extend the pension to which the petitioner is entitled. (Vinod S.
