Present writ petition is for taking appropriate action against respondent No.4-Smt. Kalawati, Ex-Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Peont, Tehsil Nissing, District Karnal and respondent No.5-Sanjay Kumar Taya, Gram Sachiv, Block Munak, District Karnal. Petitioner, who is resident of village Peont, District Karnal, had earlier filed a complaint, on the basis of which an inquiry was conducted by respondent No.3-Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Munak and the allegations against respondents No.4 & 5 were proved and report was submitted on 14.03.2018 (Annexure P1). But still no action has been taken.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for this purpose, petitioner has made a representation dated 03.08.2018 (Annexure P6) to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, but still no action is being taken thereon.
