Mr. P.P.S.Duggall, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an appropriate direction may be issued to the Senior Superintendent of Police so that she can live in the house peacefully with dignity. The petitioner is at liberty to seek vindication of her grievance in the Civil Court but not in the manner and mode as indicated above. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
