(Oral) In the present case, the petitioner was transferred on 02.07.2015 from General Hospital, Rohtak to Primary Health Centre, village Pilana, District Rohtak, where he had been posted for the last 9-10 years. Thereafter, he was posted back in City Rohtak, vide order dated 17.11.2015 (Annexure P-4) and respondent No.3 was transferred to village Pillana in place of petitioner. Consequently, the transfer order of respondent No.3 dated 24.11.2015 has been cancelled and she has again been posted at Civil Dispensary, Sector 14, Rohtak, where she was posted for more than 7 years, keeping in view the fact that she has to look after her old parents and minor daughter .

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the facts of the case, the present petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation for adjusting him at the place where his wife is working or nearby place.
