The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 09.02.2024 (Annexure P-9), passed by learned Assistant Collector, First Grade-cum-SDM (C), Panipat. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies available under the law. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
