**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The prayer made in the writ petition is for release of compensation in respect of land which has been acquired, even though the award was passed on 14th November, 2014 (Annexure P-2). It has further been claimed that the execution proceedings (Annexure P-3) has been initiated on 21st April, 2016 by way of filing the execution application, but the same has not been executed so far and the application is still pending with the respondents.

Reliance was placed upon Annexure P-4 i.e. CWP No. 24251 of 2016, titled as "Karan Singh and another Vs. State of Haryana and others", decided on 23rd November, 2016, to urge that in similar situation, the award was passed and the execution proceedings were pending. Therefore, the Executing Court was directed to take requisite steps to do the needful as early as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of the order. 3.

In view thereof, the present writ petition also stands disposed of in the same terms.
