**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to official respondents No.1 to 6 to not harass and humiliate the petitioner, at the behest of the private respondent No.7.

Short reply by way of an affidavit dated 19.08.2023 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Detective Patiala, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Court, is taken on record. Copy whereof has been supplied to the learned counsel opposite.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Pargat Singh, submits that the complainant is neither coming forward to pursue his complaint nor answering the phone calls made by the Investigating Officer and, thus, the complaint in question has been filed. In view of the above, no further orders are called for. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
