On 15.07.2022 and 25.01.2023, counsel for the petitioner had appeared but sought time to address the arguments and last opportunity was granted to him. Despite second call, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. This court is fully convinced that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present writ petition, hence the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
