(Oral) Faced with the situation that the testimony of the victim is yet to be recorded during the course of trial, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage. The Senior Superintendent of Police of Sri Muktsar Sahib, through learned State counsel, is directed to make an earnest endeavour for having the testimony of the victim recorded on the next date of hearing which is stated to be 16.03.2024.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with the above said direction.
