Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.119 dated 11.8.2021 registered under Sections 3/13(1), 8/13(3) of HGS & GS Act-2015, at Police Station Bichhor, District Nuh. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and cooperated with the police in compliance of the order dated 13.10.2021 passed by this Court.

The State counsel further submitted that the petitioner is not required by the police for any custodial interrogation as the recovery has already been effected in this case. In view of the above, present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 13.10.2021 is hereby made absolute subject to condition envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
