In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to pay full pension amount to the petitioner and to release the arrears of pension w.e.f. the date of death of deceasesd husband of petitioner along with interest from the date the same fell due till the actual date of realization.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the petitioner has also served a legal notice dated 01.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) but no decision has been taken by the respondents on the said legal notice till date.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, petitioner will be RIMPAL RANI 2026.05.27 18.07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 01.12.2025 (Annexure P1), served by the petitioner within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law. 7.

Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand(s) disposed of accordingly.
