Grievance raised in this writ petition is that petitioner is being asked to render services for 24 hours without any rhyme or reason even though he is 45% handicapped.
Learned counsel for the State while referring to written statement dated 29.11.2021 filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, submits that the petitioner is doing his duty as per the prescribed schedule of the school. Affidavit dated 13.07.2021, copy of which is attached as Annexure R1 with the written statement, has been executed by the petitioner himself in this regard. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous.
Disposed of accordingly.
