Petitioners No.1 and 2, who had completed their diploma in 'B. Pharmacy' from Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur and petitioner No.3, who had done a diploma from Sehrawat College of Pharmacy, Hathin, District Palwal, Haryana, seek issuance of directions to respondents No.4 and 5 for registering them with respondent No.4 - Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana.

It is contended that although applications supported by requisite documents had been submitted to respondent No.4 but no action has been taken thereupon. The petitioners subsequently also submitted representations dated 19.2.2023 (Annexure P-6) but to no avail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, but without commenting anything as regards the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 - Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana to consider the representations dated 19.2.2023 (Annexure P-6) in accordance with law and to pass an appropriate order at the earliest. 6.

A copy of this order along with copy of representations dated 19.2.2023 (Annexure P-6) be sent to respondent No.4 - Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana, for necessary compliance.
