(Oral) This petition has been filed against the order dated 16.8.2022, whereby the petitioner/plaintiffs' application for placing on record Hindi translation of the Jamabandi for the year 1958-59, relating to Village Kural (which is already on file in Urdu language), has been rejected on the ground that the plaintiff was under obligation to produce the said document in affirmative evidence. His evidence was closed by order of the Court on 3.12.2019.

Mr. Ajay, Advocate, has put in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 18 to 20. He informed the Court that the case has been argued finally and it is fixed today for pronouncement of order. No ground is made to interfere in the order passed by the Court below.
