**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to issue direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to transfer the investigation in FIR No.103 dated 08.05.2024 registered under Sections 323, 341, 34, 506 IPC Section 3(1)R, 3(1)s, 3(1)VA of SC & ST Act, at Police Station Rajound District Kaithal, from Kaithal Police to any other District falling in the Sate of Haryana or Chandigarh and the same be conduced by an officer of Bank above DSP. Case has been called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing also no one appeared on SANGEETA 2024.08.06 15:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

Virk, Senior DAG, Haryana --- A request was received in the morning through Court Secretary from learned counsel for the petitioner to assist the Court by way of video conferencing but when the case was called, none has joined through video conferencing despite the video conference system of this Court is opened since 10:00 a.m.

Case has been called second time. None has put in appearance.
