Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the deductions that were being made had already been stopped as has been noticed in the order dated 28.02.2023, however with regard to the refund of those, which had been made earlier, he, on instructions, submits that he would file a representation and the same may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the casethis petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioners submit a representation within 4 weeks, the same be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
