Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.RC0052026A0012 dated 11.05.2026 registered for offences punishable under Section 61(2) of BNS 2023 and Sections 7 & 7A of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, at Police Station CBI, ACB, Chandigarh; the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail. 2.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand. He has, however, submitted that the petitioner shall cause appearance before the concerned Court latest within 4 days from today and in case he does so as also prefers an application for regular bail, the same be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
