As per allegations, petitioner along with co-accused took away vehicle along with keys and purse of the complainant when he was asleep in a hotel which was booked by the petitioner for going further to Amritsar.

Petitioner along with co-accused unauthorizedly removed the keys, vehicle, documents and purse of the complainant. The vehicle was found in an accidental condition at Ambala.
