(ORAL) Petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the practice of the concerned respondents not to allow the petitioner to teach in the subject of statics with same qualification and further seeking direction to the respondent to allow her to continue till regular appointments.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in the case of Rattan Lal Vs. State of Haryana passed in Civil appeal No.4600 of 1985 decided in 16.08.1985 in support of his contention and contends that petitioner is M.Sc/B.Ed. and also pursing PHD qualified and suitable for the this post and she should not be replaced till the regular selection is made and the workload in the subject of statistics is available.

The present writ petition is disposed off by giving directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2018 (Annexure P-4) and pass appropriate orders within a period of 6 weeks in accordance with law.
